What do we have to bring ?
All of our accommodations are fully equipped and ready to go. All you need to bring is your outdoor adventure equipment and clothing, your food and beverages, camera, sunglasses, etc...and a great attitude !!! All of our accommodations are complete with all linens, including bedding and towels, soaps and detergents, and many of our properties even have a spice selection.

Where & When do we check in ?
Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00pm, and you check-in at our office. However if you will be arriving later than 6:00pm then prior arrangements for a late arrival need to be made. Please contact our office to make these arrangements.

What do we have to do when we check out ?
Upon your departure, please make sure you clean and put away all dishes, take out any garbage, check to make sure no personal belongings are left behind, and lock the door. We will take care of cleaning the linens, etc... Any food left in the refridgerator will be discarded. Please remember Check-Out time is 10:00 AM, and we will supply you with a Departure Check-list upon your arrival.

Can we buy Ski Lift tickets from you ?
Yes we can. As well, any lift tickets purchased through us prior to your arrival will be waiting for you at your accommodation or at our office ready for you when you check in so you do not have to wait in line at Guest Services on the mountain. Instead you can go directly to the chair lift on your first morning . To utilize this service we will require at least 72 hours notice prior to your first day of arrival.

How do we make long distance calls from our accommodation ?
All of our accommodations have reservation style telephones. This means that you will be able to make all the local calls you like for no charge, and to dial long distance you will require a third-party calling card.
